Titlebar

You can assign title with .assign.title. For window controls, you can use .window.minimize, .window.toggle_maximize, .window.close, .window.toggle_always_on_top.

Movable

To make some regions like titlebar movable, you can use *[app-region="move"].

Resizable

To make some regions like corner of window resizable, you can use *[app-region="nw-resize"].
